The Presidential & State Election will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Residents who still have a mail-in ballot are reminded to return the ballot to Town Hall.
If you received a ballot by mail and have not returned it, you must return the ballot to Town Hall. To ensure your ballot is recieved, residents are encouraged to use the ballot drop box at Town Hall which is availanle 24/7 or return the ballot to the Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours. You cannot bring your ballot to the polling place. If you have changed your mind and wish to vote in person on Election Day, you should discard your ballot.
As a reminder, residents who vote in Precinct 1 and Precinct 2 will vote at the Tyngsborough Middle School (50 Norris Road) and residents who vote in Precinct 3 and Precinct 4 vote at Tyngsborough Elementary School (205 Westford Road).
