The Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce is all about business! We cover the communities of Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro and Westford. Master Plan
In August of 2013, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 7C, §§ 44 though 58, a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was issued for qualified individuals or firms to submit responses for the services of a registered architect or engineer to complete a Town Buildings Master Plan.
