The Board of Assessor’s is currently undergoing a property re-inspection program to satisfy the requirements of the Massachusetts Division of Local Services. The program includes a full exterior re-measure and list of improved property. Inspectors have photo identification and are registered with the Police Department. If you are not home at the time of the inspector’s visit, a card will be left asking you to contact the office to verify the interior information.
